IN THE BEGINNING.....
We took a half acre of land we already owned and cleared the ground for the boat shop. The shop started small on paper and then grew to over 1,700 sq. ft including a 2 story work bay, a work shop and a 1 bedroom apartment. Too see more; click on Boat Shop in the header.
